Terms of Service
Last updated October 25, 2026
These terms apply when you use Flappy Swan (the “Game”). By playing the Game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.
The Game
Flappy Swan is a free arcade game that runs in your browser. It is provided for entertainment only. The rules of the Game change while you play, and that is part of the design, not a bug.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the Game or the servers and networks that deliver it;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game's systems;
- copy, resell or redistribute the Game as your own, except as allowed by any open-source license that applies to its code; or
- use the Game in a way that breaks the law.
Accounts and scores
The Game has no accounts. Your best score is stored only in your own browser, so clearing your browser data or switching devices will reset it. We don't guarantee that scores will be kept.
Intellectual property
The Game, including its name, artwork, design and code, belongs to its creators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play the Game. They don't transfer any ownership to you.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or stop the Game at any time without notice. We may also update these terms. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
No warranty
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
